Location: South Jacksonville, Florida

Pay Rate: $18.25/hr. or $18.75/hr. for bilingual in English and Spanish

Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Legal Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team in South Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably in a call center environment, and a passion for assisting clients with their legal needs. This role is critical in providing exceptional support to CDL truck drivers and other members, ensuring they receive the appropriate legal representation and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide proactive assistance to CDL truck drivers requiring legal representation for traffic violations based on their location.

Verify points per citation, research fine amounts, and understand statute codes related to CDL citations.

Handle 50-70 incoming calls daily regarding membersâ legal matters (e.g., civil, bankruptcy, marital & family, real estate, wills, etc.).

Communicate effectively with attorneys via email and telephone to address membersâ legal needs.

Participate in weekly meetings to discuss updates, new accounts, and team improvement strategies.

Scan and fax all incoming and outgoing documents daily.

Enroll new members using the client database and complete daily fulfillment, including policy and membership card distribution.

Process all CDL invoices received from attorney offices.

Maintain a filing system for all assigned citations received by members.

Handle approximately 15 outbound calls daily to address email inquiries from members.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.

Knowledge of legal terminology is a plus but not required.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (for higher pay rate).
