What You’ll Be Doing:
Accurately categorize and reconcile credit card and bank transactions within the general ledger
Manage vendor invoices and payment tracking using Sage Intacct
Prepare and post journal entries for recurring financial activities
Maintain digital records and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
Support the accounting team with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed
What You Bring:
1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (internships count!)
Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a knack for numbers
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote or hybrid setting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
