Full-time, year-round position

Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with flexibility to work weekends based on family needs

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented House Manager / Chef to oversee household operations and culinary services of a private estate. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional organizational skills with top-notch culinary expertise to ensure the home runs smoothly and the family enjoys an unparalleled level of service. Experience in luxury hotels or hospitality is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Household Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the household to ensure a seamless and comfortable environment.

Supervise and coordinate with household staff, ensuring all duties are performed to the highest standard.

Maintain the home's inventory, including groceries, supplies, and other essentials.

Act as the primary liaison with vendors and service providers, managing scheduling and overseeing maintenance as needed.

Ensure the home is guest-ready at all times, with an emphasis on cleanliness and attention to detail.

Culinary Services:

Prepare and execute high-quality meals according to the family's preferences, dietary needs, and schedules.

Plan menus, source fresh and seasonal ingredients, and manage kitchen inventory.

Provide exceptional table service, ensuring a restaurant-quality experience for family and guests.

Support event planning and execution, including intimate dinners and small gatherings.

Service Excellence:

Provide hands-on, white-glove service to family members and guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.

Exhibit a polished, professional demeanor in all interactions, ensuring the highest standard of hospitality.

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a House Manager, Chef, or in luxury hotel/hospitality settings is strongly preferred.

Culinary training or equivalent experience in high-end private homes or hospitality.

Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
