Director Of Technology

• Oversee the firm’s technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, cybersecurity, and IT policies. • Evaluate, implement, and optimize legal technology solutions to improve case management, client communications, and internal efficiency. • Act as the firm’s primary Salesforce administrator, managing system customizations, integrations, training, and troubleshooting. • Support marketing efforts by implementing technology-driven strategies, CRM enhancements, and data analytics tools. • Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring smooth operations, security compliance, and cost efficiency. • Provide training and ongoing support to attorneys and staff, ensuring effective use of technology and system performance.

Compensation:

$140,000-$160,000 per year
