POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Senior Aviation Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing capital improvement projects at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). This high-visibility position involves managing and coordinating multifaceted aviation-related projects through programming, planning, design, and construction phases. Your analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders will be key to your success.

In this role, you will support the Capital Improvement Plan by coordinating tasks and schedules, attending project meetings, and actively engaging with both airport and airline staff. You will also be responsible for documenting all communications to ensure transparency and collaboration. Excellent time management, communication, and writing skills are essential as you work with clients and internal teams.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement projects that meet the needs of airlines and SFO staff.

Forge strong, genuine relationships with airline and airport personnel.

Review and secure necessary airport approvals in partnership with the airlines.

Facilitate communication through meetings and calls among airlines, airport staff, and stakeholders.

Create and disseminate project documentation to diverse project teams.

Analyze and evaluate alternative solutions to achieve program objectives.

Prepare compelling memos, reports, briefings, proposals, and other vital client deliverables.
