As the Organizational Development & Learning Technology Manager, you will play a key role in driving enterprise learning excellence and fostering a culture of continuous growth. This position is responsible for leading critical training initiatives, managing compliance programs, overseeing learning systems and their technology roadmap, and designing inclusive, impactful instructional programs, including onboarding, corporate training initiatives, and general skill development programs. By aligning workforce development with business objectives, the L&D Manager ensures innovative and effective learning strategies that support employee growth and operational success.
A Day in the Life
Support Enterprise Learning Strategy and Business Learning
Partner with leaders across departments to identify skill gaps and implement tailored programs that enhance employee performance
Lead the global Learning Community to elevate learning capabilities across the organization and reinforce learning standards
Design and execute solutions aligned with business priorities, driving skill development and operational excellence
Plan and deliver workshops and learning initiatives that foster collaboration, innovation, and process improvement
Utilize data analytics to assess learning outcomes and recommend continuous improvements Oversee Learning Technology and eLearning Tools Strategy
Oversee the administration, optimization, and maintenance of the organization's Learning systems (LMS & LXP) and other eLearning tools
Develop and execute the organization's learning technology roadmap to improve training capabilities
Introduce innovative technology and learning solutions to enhance learning experiences and operational efficiency
Enhance learning standards by improving process documentation, optimizing learning modalities and applications, refining evaluation methods, and designing effective reporting frameworks Instructional Design
Design blended learning programs, incorporating eLearning, instructor-led, and micro-learning approaches
Create engaging instructional materials, including facilitator guides, modules, and job aids, aligned with adult learning principles
Collaborate with subject matter experts to address technical and non-technical development needs
Ensure learning materials align with overall business goals and support organizational strategies Onboarding:
Lead the design, creation and management of a seamless, global onboarding program that integrates new hires effectively
Offer guidance and oversight for department-specific and role-based onboarding plans to ensure the use of consistent learning approaches and standards
Create engaging experiences that promote early productivity and long-term success
Refine onboarding content based on feedback and performance metrics
Collaborate with PPC and hiring managers to ensure a consistent and impactful onboarding process Annual Compliance Learning
Oversee the creation and delivery of compliance training to meet regulatory and internal standards.
Lead the partnership with compliance stakeholders to address evolving requirements
Monitor completion rates and collaborate with teams to achieve full compliance
Regularly update content to ensure relevance and effectiveness as regulations and needs change, and to reinforce learning objectives Performance and Progress Tracking
Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and skill development.
Use data insights to identify improvement opportunities and optimize programs.
Provide progress updates to stakeholders, escalate concerns appropriately, aligning learning outcomes with organizational goals Requirements
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent business experience in adult learning, talent management, leadership development or a related field
5-7 years of progressive experience managing learning programs, including compliance training, onboarding, and skill development
Hands-on experience managing enterprise learning technology systems (e.g., LMS, LXP) and authoring tools like Articulate 360 or similar platforms Knowledge & Competencies
Proven success in instructional design, creating impactful learning programs for both virtual and in-person environments
Advanced project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively
Demonstrates strong adaptability by effectively managing shifting priorities, navigating change, and collaborating across diverse teams and work environments
Strategic planning and execution experience, particularly with learning technology roadmaps and global learning programs
Demonstrated leadership capabilities to inspire, influence, and drive organizational change
Proficiency in data-driven evaluation of learning initiatives to measure ROI and impact
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to diverse audiences
The hiring base salary range for this position is $99,200 - $136,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
