As the Hospital Receptionist at our front desk, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and vendors. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Additionally, you will handle incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and perform various administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the hospital.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and copying documents.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
