? About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated Director of Clinical Services to lead and oversee nursing care across our Health Center and residential apartments. This leadership role is key to ensuring our residents receive the highest quality, resident-centered care.

In this role, you will:

Lead and manage all clinical operations and nursing staff

Coordinate care plans with internal teams and external partners (eg, hospice, therapy, home health)

Develop and implement standards of nursing practice and policies

Oversee training, scheduling, and performance of nursing personnel

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Foster a culture of excellence and empathy in every interaction

? We're Excited About You Because You Have:

RN license in the state of Florida

At least 2 years' experience in nursing administration (long-term care preferred)

Geriatric care experience and/or BSN strongly preferred

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Strong ethical standards and a passion for improving residents' quality of life
