Program Manager

Position Description: The Program Manager will work with Naval Surface Warfare Center's Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) delivering financial management, program management, and earned value management services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead a team to schedule technology insertion, technology refresh, life cycle sustainment, and systems integration activities, including maintenance of an Earned Value Management System and Integrated Master Schedule

Perform financial and program management reporting and analysis support functions leveraging Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP)

Implement program reviews, process management analyses, project management training, and procurement action processing

Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Nine (9) years of program management experience supporting DoD or similar IT contracts and technical aspects of DoD/DoN acquisition policy and regulations.

Proven experience developing, maintaining and executing program schedules; reviewing program documents and program reviews.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
