JOB SUMMARY:

CathWorks, with offices in Israel, USA, Japan, and the Netherlands, is a fast-paced medical device start-up focused on digital health innovations to improve patients' lives globally. The CathWorks FFRangio System combines artificial intelligence (AI) and computational science to provide physicians with comprehensive physiologic information, enabling them to make better treatment decisions for patients with coronary artery disease.

The partnership with Medtronic will expand CathWorks footprint globally, enabling more patients to benefit from its revolutionary technology poised to disrupt the current coronary physiology market.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior IT Operations Analyst/Coordinator. This role involves leading IT meetings with hospital representatives, overseeing office IT infrastructure, providing on-call troubleshooting, and managing customer information security questionnaires. Additionally, the specialist will handle service request items. Additionally, this position will work with the CISO on asset management items and information security initiatives. The position requires occasional travel (up to 30%) for installation and troubleshooting activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Systems & Office Support

Maintained and troubleshot office IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network resources.

Provide hands-on IT support for employees, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Manage and track service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.

Collaborates with and supports the Global IT Manager and CISO in overseeing IT operations and cyber security functions.

Hospital IT Coordination

Schedule, coordinate, and participate in IT meetings with hospital representatives.

Act as the primary IT point of contact for hospital-related information security questionnaires

Communicate IT security requirements, policies, and best practices to external stakeholders.

Review walkthrough documentation from field representatives and provide feedback and guidance on physical placement of the CathWorks system and required network/power sockets.

Troubleshooting & Service Management

Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely, escalating as necessary.

Track, document, and follow up on incidents and resolutions.

Schedule service visits (including shipment of product) with our 3PL for on-site installations and various service activities/repairs.

Security & Compliance

Review, complete, and manage security questionnaires from hospitals, ensuring compliance with security policies.

Work with internal teams to gather and validate security documentation.

Assist in security audits and ensure IT compliance with industry regulations.

Asset Management & CISO Support

Assist the CISO with IT asset tracking, procurement, and lifecycle management.

Maintain detailed records of IT assets, ensuring compliance with security policies.

Work on IT security projects related to asset protection and risk mitigation.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in IT support, security, or systems administration.

Experience with hospital IT engagement or direct support is .

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and network management.

Experience in Microsoft Windows architecture and security, along with solid knowledge of Microsoft cloud environments including Azure AD, Entra ID, MDM, and Office 365

Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and risk assessments.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with hospitals and internal teams.

WORK & ENVIRONMENT EXPECTATIONS

Fully on-site position at Newport Beach, CA

Up to 30% travel

Must be able to lift 30lbs

Network+ Certification or CCNA
