Your Journey as an LPN/LVN Involves:

Delivering direct patient care according to personalized care plans and physician orders.

Monitoring patient behaviors, including vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.

Working closely with Registered Nurses to communicate findings and implement care plans.

Building meaningful relationships with patients to address their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery.

Celebrating patient progress and victories along their healing journey.

Qualifications:

Active LPN/LVN licensure as per state regulations.

Current CPR certification.

Preferred: One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or hospital setting.

Preferred: Experience in rehabilitation.
