An industry-leading, employee-owned general contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Project Manager to join their growing team focused on mission-critical construction projects. This role is ideal for a high-performing construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take ownership in their work - literally.

Job Description

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects across the U.S.

Collaborate with preconstruction teams on budgeting, scheduling, and planning

Oversee on-site operations to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to meet project goals

Communicate effectively with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders

Monitor project costs, schedules, and progress against critical milestones

Prepare and manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Resolve issues proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience managing mission-critical or complex commercial/industrial projects

Willingness to travel full-time across the U.S.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills What's on Offer

Competitive Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 base
