FLSA Status: Exempt
Starting Wage: $120k+, depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
Location: Lewis Center, OH, On-site
As an Operations Manager you will:
+ Be responsible for ensuring continuous operations throughout the company on a daily basis through close supervision of teams and individuals, and suppliers.
+ Be responsible for designing business processes/systems that support continuous operations of the company and managing/improving/automating these processes and systems.
+ Maintain a sustainable organization that encourages teamwork, safety-first attitude, and ISO 9001 quality system compliance.
+ Establish productive relationships with team members, actively managing career paths, identifying areas of development and providing training.
+ At Fabrisonic, everyone wears multiple hats. Operations manager may have their own technical projects manufacturing parts using 3D printing, being responsible for all parts of the process, including programming, printing, and post processing.

Skills and Experience for Success:
+ Minimum of a B.S. in Engineering
+ 5+ years of professional leadership/management experience with direct reports
+ An expert in hands-on operations management, motivated by executing repeated processes on time, on budget, and at quality in a high-tech manufacturing environment
+ Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting and production, experience in CNC is a plus
+ Proven understanding of 3D printing, ultrasonic welding, and/or other metal joining technologies
+ Mastery of CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Fusion)
+ Experience operating in an ISO 9001 quality system
+ Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, build consensus and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration amongst cross functional teams
+ Ability to thrive within an agile, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment
+ Strong observation, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen and leadership skills
+ Exceptional communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills with direct reports, peers and partners
