In this pivotal role, you will manage multiple prestigious construction projects, collaborating closely with clients, architects, designers, and senior leadership to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of high-end residential construction projects, including new builds and remodels.

Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring project milestones, quality standards, and budgets are achieved.

Engage with homeowners, architects, designers, and our internal team to facilitate seamless communication and execution of project goals.

Manage project budgeting, scheduling, cost estimation, and procurement of materials.

Interpret architectural and construction drawings, ensuring adherence to project scope.

Prepare detailed progress reports, documentation, and regular client updates.

Travel between various active job sites and act as the on-site project liaison when necessary.

Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, risks, and timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction (both new builds and remodels).

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and architectural documentation.

Strong leadership, project management skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project, Outlook, Adobe, Pro-Core Project Management Software, and Jonas Software.

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

Capability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
