Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain medical transportation records and service logs in our system
Verify and correct data as necessary to ensure accuracy
Maintain electronic files in compliance with HIPAA and internal policies
Collaborate with billing and dispatch departments to support daily operations
Respond to internal data requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols
Participate in regular virtual check-ins with the administrative team (remote)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of data entry or administrative experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry software
