Project Manager - Mission Critical Construction

Location: Iowa City, Iowa

Our client, a highly reputable GC who are specialists in Mission Critical builds are looking for several Project Managers to oversee fast-paced, Data Center Construction Projects from pre-construction to closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of project execution-budget, schedule, procurement, and quality.

Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

Administer contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and project documentation.

Monitor risk, safety, financials, and overall performance.

Oversee project closeout, training, and warranty handovers.

What You Bring:

Relevant PM experience on Data Center construction projects.

Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, financial management, and team leadership.

Proven ability to navigate complexity, manage competing priorities, and drive project success.

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
