The Role

The Manager of Central Services will oversee a team of CRMs and Analysts. They will support the team in achieving success in RevPAR, RGI growth, and strategic goals through effective leadership. In addition to team oversight, this individual will continue to manage a portfolio of Hyatt properties.

This person will collaborate with the senior leadership team to gather data and conduct analyses on revenue potential from both transient and group travel. They will make strategic decisions, communicate effectively with on-property hotel teams, CRMs, and Analysts, and contribute to the advancement of Central Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Management of People and a Portfolio of Properties Across the Americas:

•Review and manage daily Revenue Management System recommendations for room accommodations and rate inventory controls.

•Ensure effective management of group inventory.

•Implement strategies across third-party internet channels, ensuring rate parity across all distribution channels.

•Conduct group evaluation and displacement analyses as requested by hotel sales teams to assess the impact on RevPAR and overall hotel revenue.

•Prepare weekly strategy reports for multiple hotels to support their strategy meetings.

•Develop monthly sales strategies for a 12-month booking window, ensuring group strategies are aligned with the hotel strategy team throughout the booking cycle.

•Lead a team focused on driving the financial success of the organization.

•Communicate frequently and effectively with property-level, above-property, and corporate teams.

•Assist in hiring and developing new employees.

•Provide strategic guidance to CRMs and Analysts within the scope of CRM services.

•Promote and support the growth of Central Services programs through data-driven success and advocacy.

•Support the CRM team through ongoing training and professional development.

•Help the leadership team achieve departmental goals, including RGI growth, program expansion, DE&I initiatives, and more.

The salary range for this position is $83,200 to $108,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, monthly or quarterly incentives, etc.

The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.

Experience Required:

•Minimum 2 years’ experience with multiple properties or multiple markets

•Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data

•Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and be capable of creating documents, working with charts, and spreadsheets

•High school diploma

Experience Preferred:

•Bachelor’s degree

•Minimum 2 years of experience in leading people

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in a hotel or related field is desired

•PRIO, PrO, Demand360, Envision, Reserve, RMT, and other revenue systems are preferred.
