Surgery - Cardiovascular Physician

Locums - Dothan, Alabama, Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery Job Clinical Role:

June 13-15, 7a-7a

June 27 - July 7, 7a-7a

Will have more open dates in August, November, and December

Provider would not be covering any clinic hours, or elective procedures

If the vacating physician has a handful (5 or fewer) post-operative patients in-house, it may be required that the locum's provider round on, and discharge patients as appropriate

Support from hospitalists and an intensivist would also be available

Every effort will be made to transfer patients to other services as appropriate, so that this assignment will be call only

Phone Consults: 3-5

30 Minutes call response time required

3-5 Patients Seen

12 Beds in Facility

Admissions Required

Hospital Stroke Certified

Active AL License Required

ACLS, BLS Required

EMR: Cerner
