Family Practice - With OB Physician

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Hospitalist/Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for a lucrative opportunity Hayward WI. I am in position to pay COMPETITIVE HOURLY RATE$ and help cover TRAVEL EXPENSES .

Position Details FM/IM:

Monday Friday

No Call no Weekends

8 hour Work Day

Low Volume : 16-18 patients a day

All ages for FM, 18+ for IM.

3 to 6 Month Contract

EMR: EPIC

Recent OP Primary Care Experience

We will assist with Wisconsin Licensure!

30 Day credentialing
