• Provide training and support on-site and at the customer (this will be the main focus of the role initially as we have so many new projects taking place!)
• Support the sales team throughout sales process
• Manage customer relationships
• Creating process cycle time estimates
• Assist in fixture/tooling design
• Support the completion of turnkey system projects including documentation
• Document Activities
Accountable for Customer Satisfaction. Prepare reports for management and project requirements. Maintain proper records of customer issues and requests for support. Interface and assist parts, service, applications, and sales department as needed with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.

We are looking for that rare candidate that is truly energized by learning and innovating, with the ultimate aim of helping our clients make their parts better and more efficiently.
You'll have experience training or directing others, with process cycle times, process capabilities and of course a strong understanding of controls such as Fanuc, Siemens or similar. What's more, you'll have experience with Mastercam, GibbsCAM, ESPRIT or similar.
The ideal candidate will live between Chattanooga, TN and Macon, GA) and be comfortable with approximately 70% overnight travel within the states of Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi. (we provide a car allowance, per diem and other perks for traveling positions such as this. Note that we don't expect our Application Engineers to be gone over weekends and to predominantly travel using their vehicles, versus distance requiring air travel.)
