What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a dynamic clinical environment.

Utilize eClinicalWorks (eCW) daily for scheduling, documentation, and communication.

Act as the communication hub between surgeons, OR staff, patients, and insurance providers.

Obtain and verify all necessary documentation, pre-authorizations, and insurance clearances.

Provide compassionate support to patients by clearly explaining surgical prep and answering scheduling-related questions.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all facility protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of surgery scheduling experience in a medical or surgical facility.

Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) – must be proficient!

Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.

Professional, calm, and friendly demeanor under pressure.

High school diploma or GED required, additional medical office training a plus.
