Schedule - Rotating Weekends (Saturday and Sunday 8a-1p) in Toms River and Brick

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in State of New Jersey

Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from a recognized certifying body.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in outpatient setting

Minor suturing required

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions, developing appropriate treatment plans.

Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and medication management.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of services.

Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records.
