Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the company's network, servers, and other IT infrastructure components

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as needed

Perform routine maintenance and updates on servers and network equipment

Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place and functioning properly

Collaborate with other team members to implement new technology solutions

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and training

Document and maintain technical procedures and system configurations

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's IT infrastructure

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support

Strong knowledge of network and server administration, including Windows and Linux operating systems

Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

Familiarity with network security and firewalls

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, MCSA) are a plus
