Paralegal – Personal Injury (Plaintiff) – Onsite in Woodland Hills

Direct Counsel is seeking a Paralegal to join a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm based in Woodland Hills, CA. This is a full-time, in-office position with competitive benefits. The firm also handles lemon law cases, providing a diverse range of legal experience.Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with case management from intake through settlement or trial.

Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

Manage calendaring and deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules.

Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

Organize and maintain case files and legal correspondence.

Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and deposition summaries.Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a paralegal in plaintiff-side personal injury law.

Proficiency with case management software and e-filing systems.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
