Senior Financial Analyst – Treasury

Role Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst – Treasury will play an essential role in optimizing TireHub's cash flow management, financial forecasting, and treasury operations. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate cash forecasts, performing financial analysis, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of corporate finance.
This role reports to the Sr. Leader, Strategic Planning, Risk & Assistant Treasurer.

Role Specifics:
Treasury & Cash Management
· Manages daily cash positioning and ensure optimal utilization of company funds.
· Monitors bank account balances and transactions to maintain adequate liquidity.
· Monitors and analyzes cash flow trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
· Assists with bank relationship management and treasury services.
· Supports compliance with credit agreement and audit reporting requirements.
· Collaborates with Accounting to ensure accurate cash reconciliations.
· Identifies and implements process improvements in cash flow forecasting.
Financial Forecasting & Analysis
· Develops and maintains comprehensive short-term and long-term cash forecasts.
· Performs scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risk and support planning.
· Generates actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data.
· Conducts ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives.
· Monitors financial performance metrics across regional distribution centers.
· Prepares and delivers regular financial reports for senior leadership.
· Coordinates with business units to gather data inputs for forecasting models.
Training & Compliance
· Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned.
· Complies with all TireHub policies and procedures.
· Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of leadership.

Education/Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
· 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, treasury, or related finance role.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis.
· Understanding of banking systems and treasury operations.
· Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
· A valid REAL I.D. or valid REAL I.D. Driver’s license.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
· Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
Work Environment
· This is a fast-paced and dynamic operating environment.
· Most of the time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around. There may be occasions to move or lift light articles.
· Must be able to work flexible hours during routinely critical times to support the department.
· This role is based in our headquarters office in Dunwoody, GA and requires a strong in-person presence.
· Must be able to travel up to 10%.
