The Day to Day Job:

-Practice Veterinary Medicine the Way You Want.

-Conduct thorough physical exams while communicating to pet parents the findings in an easy-to-understand way.

-Diagnose medical conditions and develop treatment plans tailored to the individual pet even those financially-minded.

-Handle Spicy Cats and Dogs. (Need some Gabapentin or Traz?)

-Perform general anesthesia and minor surgical procedures.

-Maintain accurate medical records – yes DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT (we are looking into AI Scribe Services).

-Educate clients on health, disease conditions, nutrition, supplements and preventive care.

-Collaborate with technicians and support staff to ensure we are on-time and efficient.

-Attend CE to learn of new advances and also educate the team so we are all on the same page.

-Knowledge of pocket pets and exotics is a plus.

We Do 20 minute Appointments and have an Hour for Lunch. Yes YOU GET TO EAT!

Appointment Hours:

Monday 9-12, 1-6

Tuesday 9-12, 1-5

Wednesday 9-12, 1-6

Thursday 9-12, 1-7

Friday 9-12, 1-5

Saturday 9-12

No Late Nights, No On-Call – We block off same day sick appointment so no double bookings.

3/days a week Minimum – Ideally FT would be 4 days/week with Every Other Sat – Hours/Days Negotiable.

-Base Salary with Production Bonus Available or Hourly Compensation.

STEADY RELIEF VET AS 1099 CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT ALSO CONSIDERED IF YOU DON’T WANT/NEED BENEFITS.
