Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Job Description:

Perform maintenance, run diagnostics, and repair diesel vehicles.

Check malfunctions on engines, transmissions, clutches, suspension, steering, and more.

Inspect heavy trucks, buses, and other equipment to ensure they can operate safely.

Document issues/concerns while taking the steps with a correct action.

Accountable of DOT Certifications and Maintenance.

Conduct planned maintenance, such as aligning wheels and changing the oil.

Test drive vehicles to ensure they are running properly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

5+ years of experience

Fleet Diesel Mechanical experience.

Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Department of Transportation (DOT) Certification

Diesel Mechanical Certification.

T4 ASE Brake Certification.

Automotive Diagnostic Certification.

Pass a background check /drug test.

Clean Driving Record for at least the past 3 years.

Drive a manual transmission.

Mustbe able to repair heavy and light equipment: trucks and trailers.

Musthave experience diesel engine repairs, hydraulics and tools.

Experience repairing transmissions and air conditioning.
