Superior Plumbing and Heating, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Plumbing and Heating Helper - Laborer to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 - $30/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide generous benefits and perks. This includes:

WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A PLUMBING AND HEATING HELPER - LABORER?

Each day begins at our central location, where you will meet with the team before traveling to job sites. You will work under the guidance of experienced plumbers and HVAC technicians, assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance of various systems. Responsibilities include handling hand and power tools, transporting materials, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Experience with heavy equipment and hauling trailers is beneficial, as this role may require transporting tools and supplies.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, beginning at 7:00 AM. While the standard shift is eight hours, employees should expect to work beyond this as needed. Each morning, employees report to a central location before traveling to job sites within a 90-minute radius of Rhinelander.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to follow directions and work well with a team

Experience using hand and power tools

Comfort with hauling trailers and working with heavy equipment

Clean driving record

Some construction or automotive industry experience is preferred but not required. A CDL is also ideal but not required.
