The Opportunity:
* Perform periodic maintenance on the ACU-802 Series Air Conditioning/Heating units
* Conduct system checks and functionality on operating units in Pax River, MD and Jacksonville, FL
* Execute troubleshooting techniques for repairs
* Provide material and part research for procurement and sustainment of systems
Responsibilities:
* Review, track, plan and execute all maintenance plans and reports with each ACU-802 unit
* Travel to onsite location for troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance on AC and electrical components
* Provide and report all monthly maintenance plans
* Conduct inventories and kitting for each unit and provide monthly analysis on material needed
* Review, analyze and create all internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance
Qualifications:
* Familiarity with AC/Heating HVAC units
* Experience with inventory control and processes
* Technical experience with following SOPs and technical work instructions
* Mandatory travel supporting troubleshooting and schedule maintenance
* Experience with briefing senior leadership on project status, schedule maintenance and issues
* Familiar with providing technical input to subject matter experts for conflict resolution and troubleshooting practices

The proposed salary range for this position is: $51,800 - 106,200 USD
