Welder

Qualified candidates will have an extensive background in Mig and Tig welding, and ability to read blue prints. Fabrication knowledge is preferred.

Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting a project

Sourcing the materials to be used in the project

Measuring and cutting materials to specifications

Welding materials using the correct materials to join the metals together

Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints

Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; machinist exp required

Able to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts and lift 45lbs. regularly

Basic computer skills

Good communication skills
