Process Engineer (Continuous Improvement)

Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to help design, develop and optimize industrial manufacturing processes.

In this role you will

Initiate and oversee process improvement projects

Develop standardized work procedures

Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules and milestones

Gather data

Identify early failure indicators and recommend action

Drive adoption of best practices

To be a good fit for this role you must

Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)

High level of leadership and organizational planning

Have advanced technical skills in the mechanical/electrical fields

Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, work order process, and preventive maintenance
