No experience necessary! We will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills you need to succeed. In this in-house role, you'll play a vital role in our company's success by:
Scheduling appointments: You'll learn excellent communication skills to connect with customers, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for our Home Improvement specialists.
Providing exceptional customer service: You'll be the primary point of contact for many of our customers, and you'll ensure they have a exceptional experience by answering questions, addressing concerns, and following up after appointments.
Supporting our team: You'll be a valuable asset, assisting with administrative tasks and keeping our office running smoothly.
