What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers in the service lane with professionalism and care
Guide customers through the service process, offering clear communication and concierge-level support
Manage repair orders and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Present and sell recommended services and maintenance options
Maintain ongoing communication with customers during service visits
Help create a smooth, welcoming, and productive service department experience
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role preferred
Strong communication and time management skills
Friendly, organized, and energetic personality
Ability to multitask and manage multiple vehicles and clients
Professional appearance and attitude
Clean driving record
Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check
