Your Responsibilities
As a PDP Planner for John Deere Kernersville located in Kernersville, NC, you will:
Order Fulfillment lead for new model/option implementation
Managing and completing the set up of new models and options as well as maintaining and updating the existing options (including super BOMS and factory tops)
PDP phase-in/out planning (all system, factory communications, etc)
Model Set-up and maintenance process owner – Deere (COMAR, SAP), DH (SAP), MOCI, WDS
Order Fulfillment contact representative – PDP Engineering project support
Responsible for maintaining data/formulating communication and implementation continuous improvements and/or corrective actions to processes.
Daily interaction with all areas of the organization.

What Skills You Need
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate between supply management, operations, and sales & marketing
1 or more years of experience working in a cross-functional team environment influencing without authority
1 or more years working within SAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analyzing data
What Makes You Stand Out
Order Fulfillment system & tool knowledge (COMAR, APO, ATP, MOCI, PCI, OCA, etc.)
Knowledge of the Sales & Distribution and Production Planning modules in SAP
Proficiency in analytical/visualization tools such as Databricks, Power BI, or Tableau utilizing large databases
Experience in factory operations and/or supporting functional areas
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Degree in Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, Accounting/Finance, Marketing or related discipline
