Additional Compensation Details:

$23.50 per hour Dependent on Experience and Location of Role

Potential 90-day performance-based raise

Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure

Schedule

5pm - 1:30am, 8 hour shifts

Saturdays off, but Sundays and holidays to be expected

The Role

We are seeking hard-working and reliable warehouse workers to join our growing operation. In this role, you will pull partial orders and prepare them for delivery to customers; and any other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To

Pick orders via headset in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick system

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy

Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulationsQualifications

Required Skills and Experience

Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, 35-45 degrees

Ability to lift up to 40lbs frequently

Ability to work without direct supervision and prioritize activities under pressure

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Ability to actively engage in continuous improvement activities

Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours

Good communication skills

Ability to adhere to all food and safety protocols and procedures

Preferred Skills and Experience

Warehouse experience is a plus but not required

Additional Information

This is a safety-sensitive position.
