Job Description
Purpose of Position:
This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance and Accounting teams. In this role, will also manage all administrative functions and assist with special projects as needed.
Accountabilities:
Provide support as needed, during budgeting and forecasting processes including running reports, preparing formulas/templates/graphs, etc. on PowerPoint and Excel.
Perform routine administrative tasks as related to Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance software (i.e. access requests, report preparation, access reviews, etc.).
Support on consolidating and analyzing financial data.
Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
Propose process improvements that impact the function.
Assemble and summarize data to structure reports on financial status and risks.
Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis.
Help develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages for Lenders.
Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Complete special projects as required.
Minimum Skills Required:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Being able to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience working with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational and communication (i.e. oral and written) skills
Preferred:
Prior experience in Finance
English and Spanish
