Job Description
Overview:
The HR Business Partner will lead all HR functions for a new site, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR program implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
Support employee engagement, training, and retention efforts
Administer HR programs: compensation, benefits, leave, performance, and safety
Advise on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and investigations
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Collaborate with staffing partners to meet hiring needs
Provide HR metrics and monitor performance trends
Support site launch and other HR initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or distribution
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel required)
Experience with HRIS/talent management systems
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
