What You’ll Do

Direct traffic safely through construction and maintenance zones

Communicate clearly with team members and the public

Set up and maintain work zones using AWS signs and safety equipment

Follow all state and company safety regulations

Stay alert and adapt to changing road and traffic conditions

What We’re Looking For

A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to stand for long periods and work in all weather conditions

A positive, team-oriented mindset
