AquaTerra Outdoors is an industry-leading, international award-winning, premier boutique landscape architectural design + build firm located in Carrollton, Texas. We are seeking an experienced Landscape Coordinator to join our fun and hardworking team!

Job Summary

The Landscape Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing assigned landscape projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires adherence to AquaTerra's standards and proper construction techniques while leading and directing our in-house landscape crews. Additionally, the Landscape Coordinator will manage our fleet vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned landscape projects from start to finish (including planning, purchasing, scheduling, regular job site visits, quality control, etc.)

Lead and oversee in-house landscape crews.

Conduct safety training for landscape crews.

Manage and maintain fleet vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications

Ability to read landscape plans.

Experience managing multiple projects and crews.

Commitment to delivering exceptional quality and service.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Effective communication skills.

Required Experience & Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in landscape construction coordination.

Pool and hardscape experience is a plus.

Degree in a related field (green or construction industry) is preferred.

MUST be bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.

Valid Texas driver's license.

Proficiency with computers and technology.
