In this role, you will be responsible for general administrative support with a particular focus on bookkeeping and office organization. Youll work closely with both internal team members and external partners, contributing to the efficient day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Accounting:
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles is required. You should know your debits from credits and be comfortable supporting A/R, A/P, collections, and cash flow tracking. QuickBooks experience is a big plus.
Technology & Organization:
You should be comfortable using office tech (computers, phones, printers) and fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing contracts, documents, and recurring tasks.
Communication & Customer Service:
Friendly, professional communicationboth in person and over emailis important. We value a thoughtful, respectful tone in every interaction.
Multitasking & Prioritization:
Some days are unpredictable. Youll need to shift gears, stay on top of your priorities, and keep things movingespecially when interruptions arise.
Phone Support:
Youll help manage incoming calls, directing calls / messages to their appropriate team member.
Team Support & HR Admin:
Youll assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining records. Youll also support occasional annual projects, with documentation to help guide you.
What Were Looking For:
Bookkeeping or accounting background
QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Organized, adaptable, and self-motivated
Professional and clear communicator
