What You'll Do
As a Plant Operations Assistant you'll provide essential administrative support to network operations, engineering, and sales teams, helping process service applications, track projects, manage permits and expenses, and maintain accurate records. You'll play a key role in coordinating timelines, resolving field issues, and ensuring smooth, timely communications across departments, all while upholding safety standards and contributing to operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in a customer service role
Basic knowledge of basic accounting concepts and business acumen
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Above average deductive reasoning skills; Word and Excel skills; attention to detail
Ability to maintain customer relationships; take initiative and generate results
Bonus points if you have:
Two year degree in business administration or related field
Experience in the telecommunications industry or as administrative support of technical staff
Strong accounting concepts and/or business acumen
Basic telecommunication knowledge

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
