Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Inventory Management:
Providepre-receiving reportsfor inbound shipments before container arrival.
Reportdamaged goodsand communicate findings to customers.
Set upnew inventory itemsin theWMS (Warehouse Management System).
Order Processing & Fulfillment:
Processdaily order releasesand coordinate warehouse fulfillment.
Manageorder routingbased on customer requirements.
Closeorders same-dayand sendASN/945 notificationsto customers.
Generateshipping labels, UCC 128 labels, andBOLs (Bill of Lading)as needed.
Customer Service & Billing:
Addressshipment, inventory, and invoicing inquiriespromptly.
Preparecustomer invoicingand processvendor payments.
What Were Looking For
Experience in 3PL logisticsandcustomer service.
Knowledge ofdomestic transportation.
Strongmulti-taskingandproblem-solvingskills.
Experience withbilling & invoicing.
