Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Experience of multiple SAP EWM modules including Yard Management, Labor Management, Inbound, Outbound, Internal Operations and integration with Transportation Management
• Experience of SAP ECC and EWM CIF experience
• Decentralized SAP EWM 9.5 implementation experience
• Ability to plan, anchor and present SAP best practice based ‘Fit to Standard’ workshops
• Good exposure to interfacing with non-SAP systems
• Ability to map the user requirements
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience of Business Analysis, E2E Business Process Flow design, AGILE Development Methodology, Conduct Workshops during different phases of projects, Presentations, Mentoring, User Training, Cross-Functional Facilitation, Global Project template design and implementation
• Experience in Project Management activities: Scope Management, Time Management, Risk Management, Reporting, Stakeholder management, Cost Management, Procurement Management, Sprint Planning
• requirement gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, testing (unit and SIT), and managing pre and post go-live activities, ensuring smooth system transitions and optimized business operations
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support, ensuring end-users were equipped to operate the SAP EWM system effectively
• Meticulously plan cutover and data migration
