We’re a fast-growing residential painting company looking for a sharp, coachable, and hungry Sales Estimator to join our team. We’re not hiring a note-taker — we want a sales professional who can build trust with homeowners and close deals confidently.

Responsibilities:
Attend scheduled estimate appointments with homeowners
Build rapport, uncover pain points, and present tailored painting solutions
Generate detailed and professional proposals
Follow up and close the deal — with full team support
Track key performance metrics and continually improve
Requirements:
Proven success in sales - In-home Construction Sales, Car Sales, Furniture Sales, Gym Sales, Phone Sales
Strong closing skills and a competitive drive
Self-starter with strong follow-up habits and time management
Coachable, organized, and comfortable with light tech (CRM, estimating tools)
Reliable transportation and professional appearance
