Electronic Test Technician

Job Description

Johnson Service Group is an award-winning staffing company that is looking for an Electrical Test Technician with 3-5 years’ experience working in a Aerospace environment. This is a Temp job opportunity in Sun Valley for an Electronics company.

Pay Rate: $30.00 HR

Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Test Technician to join our team for an immediate opening. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting circuit boards and testing electrical power supplies using Automated Test Equipment (ATE). Experience with general power supply assembly and a solid understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuit boards to the component level.

Perform functional and diagnostic testing of electrical power supplies using Automated Test Equipment.

Assemble and evaluate power supply units to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.

Apply GD&T principles during inspection and assembly processes.

Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures, results, and repairs.

Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum [X] years of experience in electrical testing and troubleshooting.

Proficiency with ATE and common test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).

Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and power systems.

Hands-on experience with GD&T in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Company Description
