In this role you will be responsible for the development, execution and management of strategic marketing plans for the CounselLink product and services.
Description:
Designs, develops and implements marketing programs and/or pricing strategies that align with CounselLink’s business goalsto support the organization's products, services or market sector
Plan and execute digital marketing, including: SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising campaigns, direct response online, and content syndication
Create and execute marketing strategies to support events, webinars, news alerts and product releases
Collaborate with agencies, associations consultants and other vendors to elevate product position, drive lead generation, and enhance our social media presence
Collaborate with internal team members to develop content and programs
Evaluate effectiveness of lead nurture and all marketing programs
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests where appropriate
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Develop and manage marketing budget to optimize resources
Manage, train and develop team members and evaluate work performance
Uses specific marketing strategies and media (e.g., print, broadcast, digital) to launch and position products and services in a sector
Identifies and implements marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams
Responsibilities are within the Marketing Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
Recommended Skills & Requirements
8-10 years experience in B2B, enterprise SaaS Marketing
MBA/BA/BS in marketing, advertising or related field
Proven digital Marketing experience (SEO, Blogging, Social Media and Web Analytics)
Demonstrated matrixed team experience and ability to work in a practical, ‘roll-up your sleeves’ style
Proven experience in building innovative, proactive, high impact marketing campaigns and aligning strategy with business goals
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Creative thinker with the ability to provide both strategic and tactical direction
Strong analytical, written, verbal, and communication skills
Managerial experience that motivates team to succeed and grow
Experience with Marketing and other lead demand technologies
