Job Description
This position is part of the Critical Care division, and this Advanced Patient Monitoring Senior Product Manager will have responsibilities related to the Critical Care Swan-Ganz portfolio. This includes sustaining activities to solve problems with the cross-functional team; upstream activities to translate customer needs into product requirements and etc.
The Product Manager / Senior Product Manager will assist the regions in expanding the product globally. This technology represents a key growth driver for Critical Care and significant opportunities within the Critical Care setting.
How you will make an impact:
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee the Swan-Ganz product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. Manage product lifecycle from launch to obsolescence, including updates and enhancements.
• Commercial Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption and market penetration. Collaborate with sales and branding teams to create and implement effective sales enablement campaigns.
• Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research / VOC and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage product forecasts and financial models. Track and report on product performance metrics and KPIs.
What you will need (Required):
• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related pre-med program or business with a strong ability to learn. MBA preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the medical device industry.
