Job Description:
MMR is seeking a Prequalification Coordinator. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following:
Managing the intake, organization, tracking deadlines and documents, distributing, and assembling application-type paperwork from clients.
Maintaining data required for prequalifications.
Developing and improving a system for quick and easy access to previous prequalification.
Processing documents necessary for prequalification’s (NDAs, Codes of Ethics, Supply Chain Requirements, Terms of Use of Platforms, Subcontract, MSAs, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient with detailed use of Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and File Explorer
Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.
Ability to interact with online platform entry.
Ability to effectively prioritize dozens of deadlines per week
Ability to prioritize between business development and administrative departments.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem-solve, and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
