What You’ll Do:
Lead Sales Operations: Oversee global sales processes, drive pipeline growth and CRM data integrity, ensuring alignment across sales regions and business units.
Dashboards and Reporting: Build and maintain salesforce and offline reporting assets to support efficient information dissemination across sales leaders and ORBCOMM executives.
Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Design: Lead SIP modeling, incentive plan design, performance tracking, and communication.
Set and Achieve Targets: Define clear sales goals and expectations, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
Innovate and Optimize: Design and refine sales systems, processes, and tools to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
Deliver Insights: Provide metrics, and analyses to track sales performance, pipeline growth, and forecasting accuracy.
Collaborate Globally: Partner with sales, marketing, customer experience, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless sales planning, budgeting, and execution.
Drive the Sales Enablement Function: Devise, implement and maintain playbooks and training programs that equip sellers with the tools and knowledge to succeed.Who You Are:
You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:
Sales Operations Mastery: Deep understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce), sales compensation, forecasting, analytics, and enablement tools.
Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Skilled in driving data-driven decisions, creating actionable insights, and solving complex problems.
Leadership Excellence: A collaborative leader with experience managing cross-functional initiatives and mentoring high-performing teams.
Innovative and Adaptability: Passionate about building and innovating upon existing structures. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining focus and composure under pressure.
Job Experience: 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations in technology/ software/ similar industries, preferably with 1 to 2 years in a Private Equity-backed environment.
