We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, assessments, and follow-ups

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

Provide education on wellness, nutrition, and preventive care

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

Administer therapeutic treatments and monitor patient progress

Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Qualifications:

Licensed NP or PA in South Carolina (in good standing)

Experience in integrative medicine, functional medicine, weight loss, or regenerative care (preferred)

Passionate about holistic and patient-centered care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in a supportive, team-based environment
